TRAINING OFFICER – CARPENTRY (WCRC BULAWAYO x1): (GRADE 9)

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in Carpentry and Joinery.
• Apprenticeship trained artisan in Carpentry & Joinery
• A clean Class 4 driver’s licence.
• A teaching qualification or proven teaching experience.
• At least three years’ experience in vocational training.
• OSHEMAC 1 & 2, an added advantage.
• Experience in working with persons with disabilities will be an
added advantage.

Key Competencies and Characteristics
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to influence others.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent coaching skills.
• Knowledge of aluminium fabrication will be an added
advantage.
• Computer literate.
