VACANCY NOTICE: OPERATIONS CLERK/COMPLIANCE

A leading haulage truck company is seeking to recruit a detailed oriented and experienced Operations Clerk/Compliance to join a dynamic transport team. The incumbent will play a key note in coordinating daily fleet activities, managing driver and vehicle documentation and ensuring strict compliance with local and regional transport regulations such as (ZIMRA, ZINARA, VID and VID route permits)

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fleet Compliance Management: Track and manage vehicle licensing, fitness certificates, insurance renewals and road permits (ZINARA, VID and border documents

Trip and Operations Coordinations: Assist with dispatching trip documentation and real time tracking of truck movements

Customs and documentation: Prepare, verify and maintain accurate transit border and way bill documentation, etc

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs Legislation or any other related qualification.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a busy haulage transport environment

ADDED ADVANTAGE
A clean class 2 driver's licence.
