FINANCE AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management and HR administration, ideally within agribusiness, commercial enterprises, or corporate sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, HR Management, or related field. A relevant Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CA, IPMZ) is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage) and HR management systems; excellent knowledge of Zimbabwean tax and labor laws; strong leadership and communication skills.
