DAIRY PRODUCTION AND MILK PROCESSING MANAGER

Qualifications and Experience

 Degree in Animal Production and Technology/Animal Science, Dairy Science, Food Science and
Technology, or related field.
 Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in dairy production with commercial milk processing as an added advantage.
 Strong knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP/ISO) and dairy equipment maintenance.
 Proven leadership, business acumen, and team management skills.
