WAITERS (x2) – Kwekwe Unit
Location: Kwekwe

Job Summary:
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
-Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
-Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
-Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
-Process bills and payments where required
-Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications and Experience

-Experience in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Presentable and customer-focused
-Ability to work flexible hours
