CROPS AND HORTICULTURE SUPERVISOR

Description
BUSE Farm Trust is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person for the position of crops and horticulture Supervisor. The successful candidates will join the BUSE Farm Team, working in the crops and horticulture department.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:
-Production Planning and execution
-Team Management
-Inputs and resource management
-Crop care and quality control
-Record Keeping
-Harvesting and post harvesting management of crops.

Qualifications and Experience

-Applicant should have minimum 5 O levels
-Certificate in General Agriculture
-Applicants should submit their application letter, CV, ID, Birth Certificate and attach their certificates.

NB: Please note that the Farm payment rates are governed by the NEC Agriculture

Skills:
-Ability to supervise labour
-Good written and verbal communication
-Willingness to learn
-Good organisational and time management skills
