VACANCY NOTICE

POSITION: RISK AND FINANCE MANAGER
Din Tai (Private) Limited, a leading company in the chrome mining, processing, and export industry, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Risk and Finance Manager. The position is based at our head office in Msasa Industrial Area, Harare.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee all financial operations of the company including budgeting, accounting, reporting, and cash flow management.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies and risk management frameworks.
- Monitor and manage risk exposure in both local and international business transactions.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and reports in compliance with international and local financial standards.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure financial compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis, investment evaluations, and cost management reviews.
- Provide financial guidance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise, train, and mentor finance department staff to ensure effective performance.

Qualifications and Experience

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration from a recognized university (a Master’s degree or professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA will be an added advantage).
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, risk analysis, or audit roles, preferably in the mining or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
