The Role
We are looking for a mature, highly competent, and tech-savvy professional to provide comprehensive support to the Director. This is not a standard secretarial role; you will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day health of the business, managing complex financial documents, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Oversight: Prepare, analyze, and maintain sound financial documents, including budgets, expense reports, and cash flow monitors.
Business Monitoring: Oversee daily business operations, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
Advanced Data Management: Utilize WPS Office, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools to create sophisticated spreadsheets and data-driven reports.
Administrative Leadership: Manage high-level correspondence, filing systems, and scheduling with meticulous attention to detail.
Mobile Support: Act as a driver for the Director as required, ensuring punctuality and professional conduct during transit.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidate Profile
Experience & Maturity: Significant experience in a senior administrative or financial role. You should be a "self-starter" who requires minimal supervision.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of IT systems and productivity suites (WPS, Excel, Google Workspace). You must be comfortable using formulas and reporting tools to track business performance.
Financial Literacy: A strong background in finance/accounting principles is essential. You must be able to produce "audit-ready" documentation.
Reliability: Must hold a clean, valid driver’s license and be comfortable with local travel.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal reporting skills.
