Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Finance Manager to oversee the financial planning, management, and execution of project financing activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the financial viability and compliance of our infrastructure projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models Coordinate and monitor project funding, disbursements, and cash flows Liaise with financial institutions, lenders, and stakeholders regarding project financing Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory financial requirements Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses for financial decision-making Oversee project audits and prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and executive teams to ensure financial alignment
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred) Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are an added advantage Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in project finance, preferably in construction or infrastructure Solid understanding of financial modeling, international funding mechanisms, and risk management Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle) Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
