Field Supervisor

Job Description
This position is hands-on and involves actively engaging with employees under supervision and report writing. Traveling in different towns monitoring and supervising staff stationed in those towns

The job entails practical responsibilities associated with general staff monitoring . The ideal candidate must be ready to take initiative, be fully proactive, and directly contribute to the attainment of organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

The field supervisor will be responsible for:
- Tracking daily reports
- ⁠Monitoring and supervising field workers
- ⁠Report writing

Qualifications and Experience

-Diploma or Degree in marketing or related field
-2 years proven experience in similar role
-Strong communication skills.
Confident and eloquent
-Excellent in using Microsoft Tool
-Must be based in Harare
