We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee our animal husbandry and horticulture operations. The ideal candidate must be practical, proactive, and passionate about farming. Closing Date: 06.03.26
Key Responsibilities: -Run the Farm as business and a stand-alone unit -Supervise daily animal husbandry and crop production activities -Manage their houses (feeding, vaccination schedules, health monitoring) -Oversee planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting processes -Monitor stock levels (feed, chemicals, equipment) -Ensure biosecurity and farm hygiene standards are maintained -Supervise and guide farm workers -Maintain production records and prepare basic reports -Ensure targets and quality standards are met
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements: -Proven experience in animal husbandry and horticulture farming -Strong knowledge of broiler management and crop production -Ability to work long hours and be actively involved on the ground -Good leadership and team supervision skills -Basic record-keeping and reporting skills -Relevant agricultural qualification
