VACANCY – ENUMERATOR X20
Location: Kariba District
Organisation: World Vision Zimbabwe

Purpose of the Position
The Enumerator will be responsible for carrying out both qualitative and quantitative data collection. This involves administering questionnaires and other survey tools to targeted respondents, as well as supporting food distribution activities within the designated enumeration areas of Kariba.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Collect data from households, communities, and programme beneficiaries.
-Review and verify the quality and accuracy of information collected prior to data entry.
-Plan and organise day-to-day fieldwork, including recording comments and feedback from respondents.
-Ensure all collected data is entered accurately and submitted on time.
-Perform any additional duties related to the survey, including participating in team briefings and training -sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

-5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language.
-A Diploma/Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics or any related field.
-Previous experience in data collection is an advantage; experience in national surveys is a plus.
-Must be comfortable working with rural communities.
-Good communication and computer skills.
-Must be fluent in English, Shona, and at least one local Kariba language.
-Strong integrity and high levels of professionalism.
-Priority will be given to candidates who are already residing in Kariba.
