DIRECTOR (1 POST)

Qualifications and Experience

-A Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Geology, Mineral Processing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
-A Master's Degree (MBA or related postgraduate qualification) will be an added advantage.
-A minimum of 10 years' senior management experience, preferably within the mining industry.
-Strong knowledge of exploration, mining and mineral processing operations.
-Sound understanding of Zimbabwe's mining laws and regulatory framework.
-Excellent leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills.
-Strong financial management and business development capabilities.
-Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
-High levels of integrity, professionalism and corporate governance.
