ZB Financial Holdings invites applications from accomplished and visionary leaders for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – ZB Bank. This is a critical executive role offering the opportunity to shape the future of a leading financial institution in a dynamic and evolving market.

Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the CEO – ZB Bank will provide strategic direction and executive oversight for the bank. The role carries full accountability for driving sustainable growth, enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening market competitiveness, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in positioning the Bank as a customer-centric, digitally enabled, and high-performing compliant business, delivering long-term value to shareholders and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Design and execute a transformative business strategy that aligns with Group objectives while aggressively pursuing customer-centric market expansion.
-Deliver robust, sustainable profitability and optimize the balance sheet to maximize shareholder value and return on equity.
-Elevate the brand's competitive edge through unique value propositions and superior market intelligence.
-Spearhead the migration toward a digital-first banking ecosystem, leveraging data-driven insights and AI-powered business intelligence.
-Lead the design and delivery of disruptive, customer-focused banking products that set new industry benchmarks.
-Ensure 100% compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks while upholding gold-standard corporate governance.
-Provide oversight of enterprise risk management frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes to safeguard the bank's integrity and assets.
-Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture rooted in accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
-Navigate complex internal and external relationships, acting as a primary liaison with regulators and key institutional clients.

Qualifications and Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Technology, or related discipline.
-MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (required).
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services, with at least 5 years at executive leadership level.
-Proven track record in leading large, complex organizations or business units.
-Demonstrated success in strategy execution, transformation, and profitability growth.
