-Monitor and operate all surveillance systems efficiently, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal regulations. -Record incidents and actions accurately and legibly. -Maintain control room security and report equipment failures promptly. -Handle radio/telephone communications and respond to inquiries professionally. -Liaise with staff and security agencies, providing evidence and reports as needed. -Monitor CCTV and access control systems in real time to detect and respond to threats or breaches. -Perform regular system checks and ensure equipment functionality. -Analyze footage, conduct investigations, and prepare detailed incident reports. -Support law enforcement with evidence and witness statements when required. -Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
-At least 5 ‘O’ level subjects. -At least a Certificate in Computer Training/ International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) -At least 1 year working experience in a similar position in retail FMCG industry or as a Security Guard.
