Duties and Responsibilities
-Execute daily production plans and ensure consistent, high-quality output of all butchery product lines. -Maintain hygiene, clean tools/equipment, and ensure attractive displays with accurate signage. -Deliver excellent customer service through friendly interaction and prompt handling of queries. -Review stock daily, package products properly, and ensure hygienic storage to prevent wastage. -Control costs, implement shrinkage-reduction measures, and maintain department budget. -Conduct daily freshness and price checks, updating price talkers accordingly. -Assist with merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance customer experience. -Adhere to hygiene, safety, and equipment operation standards to minimize hazards. -Share customer feedback, attend debriefs and participate in staff development sessions. -Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
-At least 5 ‘O’ levels -At least 2 years of working experience in the Retail Butchery Section.
