Duties and Responsibilities
The Builder / Bricklayer is responsible for the following duties: -Interpreting work drawing -Carrying out construction activity on assigned projects: brick and block laying, plastering and tiling -Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation -Carrying out renovations and refurbishments -General maintenance of buildings -Adhering to building by-laws in all construction work -Delivering as per key performance indicators.
Qualifications and Experience
-Class 2 or 3 Journeyman Certificate in Building -A minimum of 2 years’ professional work experience as a Builder -Competence in tiling will be an added advantage
Skills and Competences -Excellent organizational and time management skills. -Exceptional customer service skills. -Effective verbal and written communication skills
