The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) invites applications from highly motivated, analytical, and results-oriented graduates to join its 2026-2028 Graduate Trainee Programme.
This two-year programme is designed to develop future central banking professionals through structured training, mentorship, and practical exposure across key departments of the Bank
Fields of Study
Applicants must hold a First Class (1) Degree in any of the following disciplines:
• Economics
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
Apprenticed Graduates (Journeyman Class 1):
• Fitting & Turning
• Plumbing
• Quantity Surveying
• Carpentry & Joinery
• Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

The ideal candidate should:
-Be a recent graduate
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
