Puma Energy invites applications from qualified Environment, Health & Safety Expert on full time role to manage solar plant projects and be part of Puma’s Energy’s renewable transition journey.
-Develop and implement EHS procedures
-Liase and approve 3-party contractor EHS file with proper supervision and monitoring
-Develop and Implement safety and health programs in compliance with local Zimbabwe OSH Regulations
-Create and Implement Emergency Response Plans and conduct mock drills to ensure compliance with safety regulations
-Conduct risk assessment to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to eliminate or mitigate risks
-Conduct site induction and training programs
-Develop and monitor safety and health programs to ensure compliance with company and legal regulations
-Report and record incidents with root cause analysis and fault findings with proper reporting and recommendations

Educational Qualification:
